CV parsing functionality is used to parse bunch of CV’s for a particular job. Using this functionality agency or employer can easily find appropriate candidates for a particular job.
In this files only in .pdf, .docx, .txt , .doc & .zip format are supported. Maximum size of these files should be 5 MBs. To parse the CV, there has to be at least one job in job dropdown list.
After clicking on this link the resume of that particular candidate will be downloaded.
Employer who are seeking help of third party agency vendor to work on their Job Openings, They can share those Job Opening on Marketplace with the T&C and % commission they will offer.
CV Store is the repository of candidate CVs. On this page users can find candidates for required job along with all candidate details.
Using filters users can search candidate data for their jobs. Users can change filters manually according to their requirement.
By clicking on ‘View Detail’ button users can see all information of that candidate. There will be some nominal charges which are mentioned on the Pricing page.
Using ‘CV Download’ button user can download CV of that candidate
Using ‘Add to Job’ button user will directly add this candidate to selected job. After adding candidate for job that candidate will not be shown in list. This candidate will be in Workbench tab for the same job.
Using ‘Tag Matched’ button user can tag this particular candidate as ‘Matched’ for future reference of the selected job. He can view this by selecting ‘Matched’ filter in upper right corner ‘Tag’.
Using ‘Tag Unmatched’ button user can tag this particular candidate as ‘Unmatched’ so that this candidate is not shown in future for this selected job. Though, he can view this by selecting ‘Unmatched’ filter in upper right corner ‘Tag’.
Using ‘Tag Favourite’ button user can tag this particular candidate as ‘Favourite’ for future reference of the selected job. He can view this by selecting ‘Favourite’ filter in upper right corner ‘Tag’.
Job Board is available on home page where user (candidate) can see jobs and apply with or without login.
After clicking on job details user (candidate) can see all details about job.
Apply button is used to apply for job. After clicking on apply button system will ask user whether he wants to apply with or without login.
If the candidate is already a user of HireXpert, we would recommend to login and apply so that all his information will automatically pop-up as per this profile.

On Marketplace tab Agencies can see all the jobs and commission which Employer are offering to fulfill their Job Opening. They can apply to their interested Opening and can check that status of their application.

Agency can use different filters like City, Budget, Commission, Payment Period, Replacement and Invoice Period to see the different jobs in different area.
By clicking on job link agency can see all details of job.
In this section agency can see all the proposals in different statuses by selecting filters. Agency can review and accept the agreement by clicking on ‘Review’ button Employer accepts/signs the proposal.
When agency applies for any new job and the Employer has not yet accepted the proposal, that proposal will be in ‘Proposed’ status.
When employer responds to proposal of agency i.e. signs the agreement from employer side then that proposal is shown in ‘Employer Sign’ status
