  • ATS-Work Bench helps recruiter to add and manage candidates without any juggle. Infact in a single screen recruiter can check and manage candidates submitted by his internal team and by other third party agencies vendor who are engaged on this position.
  • On the top of every column, Number of cards present in that column is mentioned. User can filter or search any desired candidates by Appling filter present on top.

  • Give appropriate ‘Job Title’.
  • Fill in all mandatory fields on this form.
  • Mention required skills for this job.
  • Fill in mandatory fields for job skills.
  • Click on ‘Submit’ to save and exit.
  • Click on ‘Close’ button to exit without saving job details.
  • Go to workbench. Select an appropriate job from jobs list for which you need to add a candidate.
  • Click on ‘+ Candidate’ button.
  • Enter email id of the candidate which you want to add and click on ‘Find’ button.
  • Fill in mandatory fields for job skills.
  • If candidate is already added by any user, all information will be fetched.
  • Click on ‘Submit’ to save and exit.
  • Click on ‘Close’ button to exit without saving job details.
  • Go to agency tab.
  • Click on +Add button.
  • Fill all details and click on Submit button.
  • Click on Delete button to delete a particular agency.
  • Select an appropriate job from jobs list.
  • Click on ‘Share With Agency’ button. Once job is shared, it cannot be unshared.
  • Select and share with one or multiple agencies.
  • Employer can Block/Unblock agencies by selecting this button.
  • Select an appropriate job from jobs list for which you need to share with a team.
  • Click on ‘Share With Team’ button.
  • Select and share job with one or multiple team members. Once job is shared, it cannot be unshared.
  • Employer can Block/Unblock team member by selecting this button.
  • If ‘Can share Job’ checkbox is selected, this team member can share current job with other team members.
  • If ‘Can see All Candidates’ checkbox is selected, this team member can view all candidates who are associated with this current job.
  • Select an appropriate job from jobs list for which you need to create a questionnaire.
  • Click on ‘+ Questionnaire’ button.
  • Add desired question and answers along with marks to them.
  • Click on ‘Save Changes’ button to save.
  • Add cutoff %.
  • Click on ‘Submit’ to save changes made for this questionnaire.
  • Questions in a questionnaire can be edited or deleted anytime.
  • Questionnaire can be removed along with all questions inside it anytime.
  • Select an appropriate job from jobs list.
  • Click on ‘Screening’ button.
  • Click on ‘Details’ button to view the answers of particular candidate for questionnaire.
  • Go to team tab.
  • Click on +Add button.
  • Fill all details and click on Submit button.
  • Click on Delete button to delete a particular team member.

CV parsing functionality is used to parse bunch of CV’s for a particular job. Using this functionality agency or employer can easily find appropriate candidates for a particular job.

Paste CV

  • Select job from jobs dropdown list.Select ‘Paste CV’ radio button.Add CV content in the text area and Click on ‘Parse CV’ button.
  • With this you can view Candidate details in the grid below.

Upload CV

In this files only in .pdf, .docx, .txt , .doc & .zip format are supported. Maximum size of these files should be 5 MBs. To parse the CV, there has to be at least one job in job dropdown list.

  • Select job from jobs dropdown list and Select ‘Upload CV’ radio button.
  • Click on browse button.
  • Select a single CV or a bunch of CVs and then click on ‘Parse CVs’ button.
  • With this you can view Candidate details in the grid below.

Skill Match Score

  • After clicking on skill match score ‘Skill Details’ will open.
  • In this section the matched skills are shown which are required by the job and the candidate should possess.
  • ‘Is verified’ field tells whether this candidate already exists in HireXpert database.

File Name

After clicking on this link the resume of that particular candidate will be downloaded.

Add to Job

  • After clicking on ‘add to job’ button, user will be redirected to ‘Add Candidate’ page.
  • Fill all details and click on ‘Save’ button to add the candidate for that job.

What is Marketplace?

Employer who are seeking help of third party agency vendor to work on their Job Openings, They can share those Job Opening on Marketplace with the T&C and % commission they will offer.

How to share Job on Marketplace:

  • Click on “Hire”, then select “Application Track”.
  • Select appropriate Job from the drop down list which you want to share.
  • Click on the Hemberger menu and choose “share with Marketplace” option.
  • Enter Commission and other T&C on which you would like agency vendor to engage on this opening.
  • Our Support Team will review the Job if all the details are properly mentioned, once it is approved by them. Your Job will be visible on Marketplace. Which you can check by visiting to Marketplace.
  • Employer can check, How many agencies has sent proposal to them, what is agency CV selection ratio, what is the status of the proposal? They can review and Accept/Reject the proposal.

CV Store is the repository of candidate CVs. On this page users can find candidates for required job along with all candidate details.

Filters

Using filters users can search candidate data for their jobs. Users can change filters manually according to their requirement.

  • Select job from Jobs dropdown, the filters will set to selected job’s requirements by default.
  • Now click on Search button and user will get all candidate data matching to requirements (if available).

View Detail

By clicking on ‘View Detail’ button users can see all information of that candidate. There will be some nominal charges which are mentioned on the Pricing page.

CV Download

Using ‘CV Download’ button user can download CV of that candidate

Add To Job

Using ‘Add to Job’ button user will directly add this candidate to selected job. After adding candidate for job that candidate will not be shown in list. This candidate will be in Workbench tab for the same job.

Tag Matched

Using ‘Tag Matched’ button user can tag this particular candidate as ‘Matched’ for future reference of the selected job. He can view this by selecting ‘Matched’ filter in upper right corner ‘Tag’.

Tag Unmatched

Using ‘Tag Unmatched’ button user can tag this particular candidate as ‘Unmatched’ so that this candidate is not shown in future for this selected job. Though, he can view this by selecting ‘Unmatched’ filter in upper right corner ‘Tag’.

Tag Favourite

Using ‘Tag Favourite’ button user can tag this particular candidate as ‘Favourite’ for future reference of the selected job. He can view this by selecting ‘Favourite’ filter in upper right corner ‘Tag’.

Job Board is available on home page where user (candidate) can see jobs and apply with or without login.

  • To apply for job click on ‘More jobs’ link.
  • Apply filter as per your requirement and click on Search button.

Job Details

After clicking on job details user (candidate) can see all details about job.

Apply

Apply button is used to apply for job. After clicking on apply button system will ask user whether he wants to apply with or without login.

If the candidate is already a user of HireXpert, we would recommend to login and apply so that all his information will automatically pop-up as per this profile.

CV Download

Using ‘CV Download’ button user can download CV of that candidate

Login

  • After clicking on ‘Login’ button Login popup will appear.
  • Enter candidate email id, password and click on sign in button.
  • Fill all details and click on Apply button.
  • User will get success message.

Apply Without Login

  • After clicking on ‘Apply without Login’ button ‘Apply For Job’ popup will appear.
  • Fill all details and click on Apply button.
  • User will get success message.

How to review Job Applications:

  • Click on job application tab.
  • Select job from jobs drop down.
  • After clicking on Search button Job Applications are shown (if available).
  • You can select filter and summary option to analyze and narrow down your search based on the informative data available.
  • Also you can Tag candidate as Good Match, Not match, Favorite or rejected for your later references which can be viewed from Tag option available above in the filter menu.
  • Sort by menu will help you in sorting results as per desired selection.
  • In every candidate card we show Profile and Skill Match score, You can decided to choose the weightage or sequence for this calculation. To do so, just choose the Scoring Preference Button and Drag and move the options. Keep the highest preferred option on Top and lowest on bottom.

View Details

Using ‘view Details’ button user is able see all details of candidate. Please note that this is chargeable.

Add to job

Using ‘view Details’ button user is able see all details of candidate.

  • Click on ‘Add To Job’ job button.
  • Fill all the details and click on submit button.
  • Candidate will be visible on workbench under that particular job.
  • That candidate’s information will be removed from Job Applications page now.

Using ‘CV Download’ user is able to download CV of that candidate.

  • Go to Workbench tab. Select an appropriate job which needs to be edited and click on ‘Edit Job’ button.
  • Make necessary changes on the ‘Edit Job’ page.
  • Click on ‘Submit’ to save and exit.
  • Go to workbench. Select an appropriate job from jobs list for which you need to add a candidate.
  • Click on ‘+ Candidate’ button.
  • Enter email id of the candidate which you want to add and click on ‘Find’ button.
  • Fill in mandatory fields for job skills.

How to grow business from Marketplace?

On Marketplace tab Agencies can see all the jobs and commission which Employer are offering to fulfill their Job Opening. They can apply to their interested Opening and can check that status of their application.

Let’s see what all agencies can do using Marketplace.

Marketplace Jobs

Agency can use different filters like City, Budget, Commission, Payment Period, Replacement and Invoice Period to see the different jobs in different area.

Job Link

By clicking on job link agency can see all details of job.

Apply

  • Using ‘Apply’ button agency can easily apply for the job. After clicking on apply button one confirmation will be asked.
  • Remember if you are having “Silver” or “Gold” plan then you are not allowed to apply. In that case you need to Upgrade your plan to “Platinum” or “Diamond”
  • After clicking on ‘Yes’ option that job will be listed out in Job Proposals/Agreement section.
  • At the same time this proposal is sent to the employer as well.

Job proposals/Agreement

In this section agency can see all the proposals in different statuses by selecting filters. Agency can review and accept the agreement by clicking on ‘Review’ button Employer accepts/signs the proposal.

Status Filter

  • Using status filters agency can easily know proposals in different statuses.
  • Select particular status filter, result will be shown in grid below.

Review

  • After clicking on ‘Review’ button agency can see one popup on which all agreement details are shown.
  • If agency agrees with all terms and conditions, then he needs to click on Accept and Sign button.
  • It means that agency has signed the agreement and accepted all terms and conditions.

Proposed status

When agency applies for any new job and the Employer has not yet accepted the proposal, that proposal will be in ‘Proposed’ status.

Employer Signed status

When employer responds to proposal of agency i.e. signs the agreement from employer side then that proposal is shown in ‘Employer Sign’ status
